Clear · Rein in · Guide

Clear the clutter. Rein in the chaos. See the way forward.

We connect the systems a small business already runs on, from the register and the bank to delivery apps and email, into one clear picture, then automate the work that keeps the owner up at night.

What we hear from owners

Small businesses run on data they never get to see.

"My numbers live in ten different places."

Scattered systems

"By the time I notice a problem, it's already a crisis."

No early warning

"I don't really know where the money goes."

Hidden cost leaks

"The books are always a month behind."

Late bookkeeping

"The delivery apps own my customers, not me."

Lost relationships

"Everything waits on me."

Owner as bottleneck

What we do

Three tools for clearing a path.

Clear

Cut through the clutter

We find what's duplicated, out of date or no longer pulling its weight: the extra spreadsheets, the unused apps, the reports nobody reads. Then we clear it away.

Rein in

Bring it all under control

Sales, bank, delivery, payroll and customer data come together in one place, checked against the real totals and refreshed automatically. Nothing slips through.

Guide

Show the way forward

Early warnings, clear dashboards and a monthly review turn the numbers into the next right decision, made calmly and in time.

Case study · Restaurant

Built in a real kitchen first.

Our first system runs a family-owned restaurant in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Sales, bank activity, delivery orders, staff schedules, catering and customer contacts used to sit in separate apps, chats and spreadsheets. In two weeks we brought them together into one private system that updates itself every morning.

The owners now open one dashboard to see cash, costs, catering and marketing, and the routine work of quotes, coupons and email campaigns is automated, with nothing going out until they approve it.

How we work

Design thinking, applied to the back office.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start where the work happens, at the register, in the office, on the phone with suppliers. We learn how the business actually runs.

  2. 02

    Map

We trace where the data and the money flow, and where they get lost. The result is a short, plain-language picture of what to fix first.

  3. 03

    Build

A working prototype on your real data within two weeks. You judge it by using it, not by reading a slide.

  4. 04

    Run

We keep it running, tested and improving every month, so it becomes part of the business and doesn't turn into another app nobody opens.

Services

One partner from first idea to everyday use.

Product design

Turning a messy process into a simple tool people want to use. Research, workflows and screens designed around the owner's day.

Custom applications

Dashboards, quoting engines, customer lists and internal tools built for your business, not adapted from someone else's.

Integration

Point-of-sale, banking, delivery platforms, email and accounting connected and reconciled automatically, every day.

Analytics & support

Cash runway, breakeven, cost leaks and campaign results, with a monthly review so the numbers turn into decisions.

Ways to start

Start small. Grow when it's proving its worth.

Free

Check-up

A 30-minute conversation about where your numbers live and what you wish you could see.

Fixed fee

Diagnostic

Two weeks to connect your key data, find the leaks and hand you a clear report with priorities.

Project

Build

A custom application or integration, designed with you and delivered in short, visible steps.

Your data stays yours.

Every client's data is kept separate. It is never sold, never shared and never mixed with anyone else's. Customer lists are built within the rules of the platforms they came from, and nothing is sent to your customers without your approval.
